La Roche-Posay is an excellent French skincare company. I decided to purchase this wash as a substitute for a much more expensive product. The wash works to remove makeup, but doesn't strip my skin. I've started to use it as a body wash too -- it is even thick enough that I can use it as a shaving cream for my legs (TMI, perhaps!). I will certainly continue to use this -- it has a good price point and it works. Highly recommend.

Foaming but not drying
This face wash works great on my dry skin. It just takes one small squirt mixed with some water to make a light foam to apply to my damp face. It rinses off well and is not drying. I always follow up with moisturizer. This is my favorite skin care brand, and this is just one more quality product from La Roche Posay.

Favorite Body Wash for Winter
This is my go-to body wash year round, particularly during the colder, drier winter months. It feels like the adult version of baby wash to me! It's gentle, lightly foaming and fragrance free. I find it non-irritating and nice on my skin.

I do not have sensitive skin but do have a roommate that is very sensitive to dang near everything, fragrances, soaps etc. So I can only comment that it definitely served its purpose, regardless of my tolerant skin, I do tend to stick to gentle and in no way did this product perform poorly in any department. I felt clean, soft, and no cons.

Pretty good
I have sensitive skin and have been using this for awhile now to wash my face. It seems pretty gentle; but I wish it did a better job removing sunscreen. I feel like the only way it really removes my SPF is if I wash twice with it. With that being said, I realize that this product doesn't claim to be a super deep down cleanser, I only bring this point up to explain why I don't give 5 stars.

This product doesn’t seem to irritate or dry out my sensitive skin like most products do. My skin stays soft and supple. The rewards from LovelySkin are great! My only wish is that SkinCeuticals products would go on sale more often. They are wonderful products, but expensive.

Hydrating versus Foaming
I’ve been using their hydrating for years and my derm switched me to foaming. The foaming is nice, but doesn’t remove makeup like the hydrating one. I will finish this bottle and go back. Most foaming cleaners are drying, I haven’t found this with this one.

I was really pleased with La Roche-Posay's Lipikar AP+ Body & Face Wash. I use it in the shower. It leaves my skin clean but also soothed and feeling very moisturized. It foams nicely when rubbed between hands according to directions, though I didn't feel it worked quite as well with a wash cloth, which used more product to get the same results. It's a great product - so glad I gave it a try. I know I'll continue purchasing when needed.
