Great Product But Not Super Hydrating
I have been using this matte moisturizer every morning for the past couple years. I love that there is no scent, which is what drew me to it in the first place. It's easy to apply because of the bottle. I only wish it was a more hydrating on it's own. You'd think a "double repair" moisturizer would be hydrating, but it's so thin that it leaves my skin not feeling hydrated. The non-matte double repair actually does a better job hydrating which is why I use that one at night and this one only in the morning. I pair this moisturizer with the B5 serum, and it works out great which is why I still buy this moisturizer. I would also love for this to come in a larger sized bottle because I go through one of these every three months with daily use on my face and neck.

Dear Matte, Where were you when I was young and my face looked like a toxic oil spill? I love La Roche-Posay products and this would be a good (probably great) product for oily skin but I keep forgetting that’s not me anymore.

Love it but missing SPF
This lotion is pleasant and luxurious to apply. I purchased it for the matte finish instead of using a blur product. It doesn’t contain a sunscreen, so I’ve had to apply over sunscreen which is shiny. It does have perlite and silica, ceramides and nicotinamide which have a protective effect. If It contained sunscreen and I could apply directly to my skin, I’d rate it 5 stars.
