Great for sensitive skin
This moisturizer is great for sensitive skin. I mix it with my retinol to buffer it and give me extra hydration. It’s never caused my sensitive skin any irritation and helps keep my moisture barrier in tact. I only use this at night, although it wouldn’t be too heavy to use for daytime.! I just prefer a vitamin C product for day.

I just recently learned I have allergies to several chemicals that are in many skin care products. This is one of the few products I've found I can use. Overall this is a good facial moisturizer for summer time. I have been using it both morning and night. It is a light weight cream and layers nicely with other products. However, I don't think this would be enough for the colder months as I use prescription tretinoin for my acne prone, combination skin. I probably won't be repurchasing this as I prefer the thicker texture and consistency of my usual moisturizer.

The moisturizer is truly a great one. Unfortunately, I think that many who subscribe to the La Roche-Posay lineup will find it a bit much unless you have extremely dry skin. Speaking with my doctor, he wondered if I needed such a powerful moisturizer, and with my normal-medium skin type it can make it too ''oily'' or upset the natural balance.
