Shampoo and Conditioner Are Horrible

I bought this because I really love the natural healing oil and although my hair is thin and highlighted, I thought the lustrous shampoo would still work for my hair but instead it dried my hair out so badly that it started breaking. I tried to keep using it for a week thinking it just needed to adjust with my body chemistry but boy was I wrong! I even had to cut out a section of hair that had become matted like a dreadlock because my hair was so dry and difficult to manage.
