Drying and buildup
I bought the Healing Curls Butter Shampoo and Conditioner since I have fine, curly hair and absolutely love L'ANZA Clarifying Shampoo and the leave-in conditioner in the red bottle. It may work for some people, but my fine hair requires some amount of de-tangler in the conditioner, and I also did not like that the shampoo does not lather and felt like it left a residue. I used it for 3 or 4 consecutive washes over the period of several days, and my hair seemed to get worse with each wash (more tangled, more dry-feeling), so I have decided to stop using these products. Unfortunately it looks like I waited to long to return.
