This is about the new packaging

I still like this Lanza shampoo and continue to use it and other Lanza products, but I can't figure out why they changed the packaging to such an ugly color (looks like Silly Putty or the color that grammar schools paint hallways). As I've reordered I've actually kept my old bottles and just put the new product in those. Besides the poor choice of color, it seems that these new bottles (and they've done this for all the products -- gel, etc.) it seems the new packaging actually has more plastic. Shouldn't we be going for less?
