I wanted to love it, yet it made my hair feel like the driest straw of any product ever : / have long hair, and I do have the top portion highlighted (only once a year or so) yet I take really good care of it. I do not blow dry or use hairspray- none of that. So a really good conditioner will normally leave my hair feeling silky soft. I'm a blonde, so that is unusual. I lovingly refer to it as horse hair. Lots of body and sometimes curls if it's short. Mainly it is course and frizzy. I followed another customer review advice. This is my first review. I understand now why the reviews are so important! Specially when the product has good reviews and it should not have. This product is not intensive masque. I leave the product for more than 15 minutes and I did not see a big difference in my hair. It's not worth it the price. There are better products out there.

I love this hair mask! I use it in conjunction with the shampoo and conditioner from the Healing Strength line (I use the mask after shampooing and let sit ~20 min before rinsing out and then using the rinse out conditioner) every other week. I switch off with this line and the Moisture line to keep my hair's moisture- protein in balance. This product is always out of stock at my local store so I'm thankful LovelySkin has me covered :)
