Chemical Scent, Not Moisturizing Enough

The scent of this is very chemical-y, it smells like chemicals trying to imitate a "tropical" scent. It reminds me of what products smelled like in hair salons in 1991. I was drawn to it because it says Keratin and Healing Oil, so I thought it would be moisturizing. It is not moisturizing enough for my hair, which tends to be dry. I'm now looking for a new conditioner that's very moisturizing. I will not repurchase because this conditioner doesn't appear to have any particular qualities that differentiate it from other options on the market.
