Product very thick
I had a hard time getting the product out of the container. Had to warm up the glass container to soften it to get it out.

Turns to solid
I love this oil. I love the way it smells and it does soften my hair however it did solidify when it arrived in the mail. I live in Colorado. The product does say it solidifies when it is under 77 degrees. I would recommend to the seller to repackage this product if you know it turns solid. I have to run it under hot water to get it out of the glass bottle to use it. Unsure if the heat damages the product and it is a bit inconvenient. That is the only reason for the 2 stars.
