Priming action without the plump

I do like this pencil. It's not the worlds best primer (I never feel like these work, the best in my opinion is by the brand BiTE (sold at Sephora), but this pencil is creamy and makes your lip moist without the build up that other primers have been known to produce. The biggest disappointment in this product is the lack of plump. I did not notice any difference in my lips upon using the pencil.
