Easy and it works
My stylist recommended this serum. I shampoo and rinse my hair, then I squeeze out excess water and put the serum in. I leave it for about two minutes and then rinse it out. Then I follow that with a very hydrating conditioner. My hair is naturally blonde (but I highlight it), very wavy, and to the middle of my back. This really does work and helps keep my hair looking healthy, soft, with frizz minimized. I definitely notice it when I don’t use it. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the scent is incredibly strong and it lingers. I think it has some patchouli in it, which I really don’t care for, but that is more of personal preference than a critique on how it works. I recommend trying it for sure!

Seems to help
I started using the whole system about a month ago and it's difficult to separate a review by product vs the whole system. Overall, my hair does seem healthier, smoother and easier to manage using the shampoo, serum and conditioner. I plan on continuing for at least another couple rounds and see how things go.
