I've been using LovelySkin Brightening eye cream for a couple of years. It hydrates my entire eye area, has helped diminish crow's feet, and brightens the skin directly below my eyes. Highly recommend! (In winter months, I sometimes use another brand's heavier eye cream at night, and LovelySkin's brightening eye cream during the day.)

Works as well as the afa brightening eye cream
I ordered this after seeing the ingredients were the same as the afa eye cream that my husband loves, and turns out this works just as well and is slightly less expensive. Excellent eye cream
This is the first eye cream I have ever used that has truly brighten the skin below my eyes. I have terrible spring allergies which cause puffiness and darkening below my eyes but this cream does so much to improve the appearance of the skin below my eyes that I can fore go using a concealer.
