Better than a popular serum
This makes a dramatic difference on my face in the morning. My skin is brighter, clearer, and firm. I look like I just walked out of an expensive facial treatment. I did not expect so see results so quickly (if at all) but after just using it for less than a week, I am back to buy another bottle while on sale.

My new serum!
I was blessed with a free bottle of this serum to try ... very smart! To me it beats it's higher priced competitor that I've been using for years. It is not oily, it absorbs right away & my skin glows. I had an aha moment today - not wanting to waste the "other" one, I applied that one this morning. All day at work I experienced tired uncomfortable eyes - a feeling that I have had for years. Then it dawned on me, I had not felt that for the last couple weeks that I was using the LoverySkin LUXE VITA-CE! I've thought it was my mascara - I've been throwing away mascara unnecessarily. Super disappointed
I had high hopes for this serum but it really is disappointing all around. Very thin and watery. I have to use at least twice as many drops to cover my whole face, so the lower price point actually ends up cost more per use.

How I know this product works
I know this product works because after using it three-four times a week, the amount of facial skin that was sloughed off once a week by my exfoliating peeling gel had decreased dramatically. There just wasn't that much there to remove anymore. I was surprised. Just a few drops of this product go a long way. After washing my face and using toner, I apply the product and let it dry completely on my face, neck and decolletage before applying other products, such as Obagi #4 and Obagi C-Exfoliating Day Lotion. I love the results. Luxe Vita-CE with Ferulic Acid enhances reduction of redness and fine lines and really helps reduce visibility of those tiny blue veins on my face. Highly recommend.

This serum is much thinner consistency than the one I had always used for over 40 years. I am hoping that it will control. the brown spots on my face. It also soaks in much quicker than Skin Ceuticals.

Watery, but OK
This Lovely Skin Vit C is a little on the watery side. Seems to be similar to Skin Ceuticals version, but far more watery. I have been using the LS for about 2 weeks, so do not know yet if it is going to get less watery with time, as does the Skin Ceuticals brand. It is also much less pricey, which is nice.

Prefer over big brand name
I used to use a big brand name but decided to try LovelySkin VITA-CE because of the price. I have been very pleased with this product and found that I prefer it to the big brand name. The LovelySkin VITA-CE has a lighter feel and absorbs quicker. I also thought it has less of a hotdog water smell than the big brand name. I definitely will purchase again.

I bought this product on 07/29/2023, and still have 3/4 of the bottle (09/30/2023). I don't like to overuse products because I have sensitive skin, but I've been fairly regular with an AM & PM drop or two in my daily moisturizer. I ran into an esthetician (literally, today!) that I went to several years ago for facials, and she said my skin looked fantastic. I'm 60. It was so happy to hear her compliment! I plan to keep this in stock. You don't need to smother your face with it. A few drops go a long way.
