Not sure yet...
I just started using this product for under eye circles and a spider vein. I have not seen any results yet. I will keep using it and hope for better results.

Wasn't a good substitute
Understand that a different gel I used is off the market. Worked great. Tried this Luxe. Didn't work for me. Looking for other substitutes.
