great product, new packaging questionable
I LOVE this product, however, the new packaging has proven finicky and unreliable. I can barely get any product to dispense out of the newest bottle. I have tapped it on the bottom, let it rest in warm water, and it barely pumps any of the serum out. This is the second bottle to do this.
