IT REALLY WORKS!
This little device works great and is travel-friendly. I love having it handy when I'm on the road. I've had a lot of luck using this to control the angry chin breakouts that come around once a month. It seems to work best when you catch the blemish while it is still under the skin (when its a little sore and itchy!). Most of the time it works, there have been a few stubborn blemishes where it hasn't though. The blemish shrinks down and is gone within a few days. I make sure to wipe it down with alcohol and a tissue after each use.

A must have in your arsenal
I wish this was in existence when my kids were going through puberty. This really works. I started getting horrible cystic acne. Used this and the acne vanished. What was starting out a large, red, painful lump after three 2 minute treatments had all but vanished. The biggest downside is it requires 4 hours to initially charge. However, it seems to hold the charge well after multiple uses. Charges with a USB so you can keep it at your desk. Worth the money whether on special or not.
