4 out of 5 stars due to price. It’s expensive for me, but I really wanted to try it. The sale, plus rewards money helped. It doesn’t take a lot, and my hair is past my shoulders. I like the smell because it smells clean. It recommends leaving it on 5-10 minutes. I only do 5. Maybe if I had time to do 10, then it would be less tangled to comb afterwards. I probably will buy it again, but definitely on sale.
