Perfect C Serum
This is a great starter C serum. It is a pretty good value and I like that it is a pump and not a dropper bottle. My only complaint is that it is a small bottle. I wish there was a larger size option.

This is a great vitamin C serum for the price at 17% vitamin C. A little bit goes a long way, and it's perfect under my moisturizer.
