This brush was recommended by a customer service rep at Naturopathica who helped me with a problem with another product. I've always used a fresh clean washcloth when cleansing, and this is actually a change for the better. Specifically, it's better at cleansing tight areas around the nose. Used as directed, I feel this brush gives my skin a bit more exfoliating and higher level of clean than my washcloths. I use this with Naturopathica Manuka Honey Cleansing Balm.

Great brush!
At first I thought it was a little too harsh (not soft) on my face, but I think it just takes getting used to. It is indeed gentle enough to use everyday and seems to work well to help exfoliate my skin!
