I was looking for a new facial moisturizer, have used the Neocutis eye cream for many years & love it so decided to try one of there facial moisturizers & love it, just right for my sensitive skin, not to light or to heavy. Works great over retinol products also.

Great cream
Using just a short time but really like this cream. It applies easeily, no odor and seems to work. i have noticed that my neck and face are becoming firmer and not as much sagging as prpior. I still see all the wrinkles I have but, have not used very long If wrinkles begin to show improvement, will add to the review

Cheap Packaging
Unfortunately, this is my last purchase of Bio Cream Firm — not because I don’t like the product — I really, really like this cream. But at this price point, I not only expect a top-quality cream, but also top-quality packaging. Bio Cream’s packaging is so poorly engineered that the silver “paint” on the bottle, where the cap rests (all plastic) is flaking off. It flakes to the point of getting mixed into the product, on my hand, as I dispense it. If I don’t notice right away, I end up rubbing the silver flakes onto my skin with the cream. If this were a drug store buy, I “might” let it go; but it’s not. You’ve lost a customer, Neocutis. If you aren’t thoroughly and thoughtfully designing your packaging, you’re not meeting luxury, medical-grade skincare expectations. In a market so glutted with products, no customer needs to be inconvenienced by poor design at high-end pricing. It’s very disappointing. I am a big fan of the cream. It’s been wonderful on my mature, dry skin. Ping me when you elevate your packaging. I won’t bother with you until then.

Good Product, use to try to make the serum form last longer
This is a good product, but I mainly use it to supplement for the serum form to make it last longer since it costs even more. They do have sales though so that helps. I do not think it is too thick and it goes on nice.

Firmly with Neocutis
I have been using Neocutis products since I first discovered Lovelyskin. It was a joy to try different products in this line. I have stayed close to several of them for years. Neocutis Bio Cream Firm is one I really love. Every day it keeps my skin smooth and soft throughout the day and again at night. I also use Neocutis Lumiere for the area around my eyes twice a day and have seen a big change in the skin around my eyes. I will continue using these products as long as they work this well for me!
