I have been using Neocutis Lumiere Firm Illuminating & Tightening Eye Cream for several years and have seen a big change in the skin around my eyes. My 'smile lines' are greatly reduced, as are the bags and darker skin beneath my eyes. Many of my friends have asked if I have 'had any work done', but I have not. My dermatologist recommended this eye cream around 15 years ago. I have used it religiously ever since, nothing else. I'm now 68, literally no wrinkles around my eyes.
