I thought I loved this but…
I’m on my second bottle and while I WAS happy with the results, I’ve noticed my skin at the corners of my eyes are turning gray! This is bananas. Trying a different product to see it it’s the Lumiere or something else

Terrible packaging
I have been using Neocutis products for years and love them. However I have reached the point of frustration that I will no longer order as their packaging is a deal breaker. The silver on the bottles breakdown and tiny silver particles get on your skin and it does not remove easily so you must take fingernails and repeatedly try to get off skin. I have talked to company reps and LovelySkin hoping they will pass on my complaint. This has been going on for a long time but the past year it is worst. I am giving them one star until they get rid of the silver coating. Hopefully others feel as strongly as I and complain. PLEASE CHANGE THE DESIGN, JUST GET RID OF SILVER COATING.

Caused a rash and irritation
I have extremely sensitive skin but was looking to add a firming eye cream to my regimen. I bought this due to all of the great reviews (even from people with sensi skin) and the reputation of the brand. Unfortunately my under eyes broke out in itchy red bumps and this was the only change to my skin routine. I’m still trying to heal the rash breakout.
