Perfect transaction
Product was sent/received in a timely manner, was fresh and authentic, and the discount was reasonable. I have to say I could have purchased it for less on another site but feel peace of mind knowing I wasn't buying on the gray market and the product was fresh and authentic. I would rather pay more to know that the product would actually do what it was supposed to do. These are expensive products to begin with and even with gray market discounts they aren't cheap...why take a chance. Liking my decision to join Lovely Skin.

Terrible packaging
This is the first time ive been motivated enough to write a review on lovely skin. The product itself is ok. The packaging is awful, and the same thing has happened with both bottles, so its not a fluke. Theres a silver coating on the pump, under the cap. The repeated pressure/stress from the cap being removed over and over breaks down the silver coating, causing it to flake and fragment. The fragments are close to the "discharge" hole for the product so it gets on your hands, fingers, and in the product if your not careful. Most certainly will not repurchase out of safety concerns. The last thing I need is to be in the ophthalmologist offce for a foreign body removal.

I don’t know about long term benefits yet and have not noticed softening of any fine lines around the eyes yet. It is gentle, has not caused any irritation. I like the texture. It gets absorbed well. It may not be rich enough for dry skin.

Not for my skin
Heard great things about Neocutis. My skin just didn’t like it and irritated. My eyes made them dry and the wrinkles looked worse passing it on to see if my sister likes it on her skin. It’s supposed to be a great product and I don’t regret trying it.

I am a firm riche biche
I started buying this eye cream in March 2026. I noticed that it immediately depuffed my swollen hooded eyes in the mornings and hydrated them nicely for makeup application. Other than that I didn’t notice much until I looked back at photos. After a bottle or two, the skin around my eyes was much smoother, the fine lines were softened, and the flappy hoods weren’t flappin as much. I’ve learned that, as tempting as it is to want to slather it everywhere, you really don’t need much, and a little goes a long way. I’ve rotated in a couple other eye products to compare but keep coming back to neocutis!

Love this eye moisturizer
I prefer products dispensed via pumps rather than dipping fingers or a tool into a cream eye moisturizer in a jar. Works amazing
I love this product it's super. When you using it you don't really notice as much. When you stop using it you notice the circles around your eyes come back. It really helps with skin color brightening. I'd say it definitely tightens the skin. I'm not sure if I noticed that it reduces lines a huge amount but I only have really fine ones anyway. I definitely feel like this is one of the best ones out on the market. I like the rich two for upper eye. And I like the tightening for the lower eye. I feel like as you get older the upper eye needs a little more fullness and I feel like the other one does that. And this one really helps with tightening my under eye area I noticed and decreased puffiness. So I take the firm rich and I put it around my lower upper eye and on the sides of my eyes. And I take the tightening one and put it below my eye and right above my eye. The Firm rich is really good for your under eyebrow area and around the sides of the eyes for extra conditioning. I feel like that one works better for fine lines. and this one works better for tightening. If you can afford both definitely get both they go a long way.

Great moisturizing eye cream
This was recommended by my dermatologist. I have used it for about 4 years and am very happy. It is easy to apply makeup over without issues. I don't know that I have seen any dramatic reverse of aging but I think it has moisturized the under eye area and prevented additional wrinkles.

I’m a skin care buying addict! I’ve tried all the eye creams. I’m 68, wear hard gas perm contacts and have sensitive skin. This wonderful product has not bothered my contacts or delicate skin.
