I Love Neocutis Eye Creams
I love Neocutis products, and would always give them 5 stars, but the new containers have flaking silver paint that I find on my face and neck. It comes off after using the container in about two weeks. It is happening with all of their containers that I have purchased in the last year. I still love their products, but I hope that they correct this container problem.

I use this cream in my morning routine, as I feel it is effective for tightening and smoothing tiny lines under my eyes. I use a "heavier" (more moisturizing) cream at night.

Decent eye cream
This eye cream is decent. Seems to work just as well as a variety of other eye creams I have tried. I layer it on top of my retinaldehyde product (I use tretinoin on the rest of my face). Really the main thing that's missing for me are well-structured clinical trials with more convincing data for eye creams such as these. Companies are not incentivized to do this, so I doubt it will happen. But I honestly wonder how these pricey eye creams would stack up against a much cheaper version in a legit scientific study.

Soothing and Not Irritating
This was recommended to me from a staff member at my dermatologist's office. Most eye creams irritate my eyes but this one does not. I'm not sure yet whether it's helping with fine lines and lack of firmness, which is what I would like it to do. I've used it for about four weeks so maybe it takes longer to kick in.

Gentle for sensitive skin
I have very sensitive skin especially my orbital eye area. Not many eye creams work for me. My eyes will swell, the skin will get red, itch or flake. One or all of the above. I’m turning 50 and wanted something with more punch. After reading about this company, the many positive reviews and knowing I can return the product, I ordered it. I’m so happy I did! Super gentle and I can even reapply w/o skin complications. It’s not oily and it sinks right in. Concealer can go over it w/o pilling. I gave it 4 stars due to waiting to see the benefits. I’m also not keen on the packaging. Not sure how much product is in it or how I’m going to get every last drop out of it is annoying. Other than that I’m super happy with my purchase and highly recommend esp. for sensitive skin users.

Like but don't love
I have used Neocutis eye cream for a number of years. I tried the Riche Extra because I felt my area under my eye was getting drier. It is richer than the other formula, but I that means I can't wear it during the day, therefore I am only using it at night. Next time, I will go back to the regular formula.
