The Lumiere eye balm has been nice for under my eyes. It glides on smoothly and is not irritating and has been very hydrating. Sadly, the Bio Cream Riche Extra moisturizing cream bottle was non-functioning and I never received a response for a replacement so I cannot review it at this time.

Poor Packaging, Great Product
I ordered this combo to receive the original packaging but to my disappointment I was sent the new packaging. I no longer can see how much product I have left, the increased wasted size of the bottle takes up much more space both at home & in my travels, the lids do not stay secure therefor the Journae clumps, resulting in less usable product. If Neocutis returns to the original packaging I will continue to purchase, but for now I am looking for a comparable product..
