Product is good so far. Haven’t been using is that long but eyes are a little brighter. I do love the consistency and how easy it is to run in and use under makeup. I’m excited to see results in the future. Only reason I did t give it 5 stars is I need a little more time to see the products full potential.

Neocutis Lumiere Illuminating Eye was recommended (and sold) by my cosmetic surgeon's office. It seemed to work fairly well but is rather on the pricey side. I purchased a similar product from LovelySkin that is about half the price and actually works better, with more immediate results.

hydrating eye cream
Although this is a hydrating eye cream, I purchased it to help with my dark circles, small eye bag, and my hooded eye lids. It has NOT helped with ANY of these issues. However, I have not finished the bottle yet. I will be finishing it, and if it ends up making a difference later, I will update this review. (I am 59 years old.)
