Neocutis Lumiere Eye Cream (with PSP)
I have been using this eye cream for several years at the recommendation of my Dermatologist. I am in my early 50s and love the way it moisturizes around my eyes and helps eliminate fine lines. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a new eye cream. It really does work wonders!

This product has really helped with undereye puffiness
This is the best eye cream I have ever used. It has made a real difference in my under eye puffiness. Fine lines have diminished as well. It is very emollient but not greasy. A little goes a long way. I can usually get 3 months of twice daily application out of one container of the product. I would recommend this product.

Moisturizing eye cream
I have been using this eye cream for several years. Its very moisturizing and does help eliminate fine lines but does little, at least for me, to combat under eye circles. It also does not cause my eye makeup to crease.

LOVE this eye cream - Hydrating & reduced fine lines & crepey under eyes
I just turned 40 but I was born and raised in sunny San Diego. Like many I spent a ton of time basking in the sun and even worked at a tanning salon, so of course I tanned beds in my early 20s. Ouch - my poor skin! If I only knew what I know now about the effects of sun damage! My only saving grace has been that I invest in great skin care lines. Ive tried many different brands (many of the high-end brands) for all over my face/neck and of course my under eye. Neocutis Lumiere Eye Cream is by far my favorite eye cream! My under eye fine lines appear to have been reduced and the texture is less crepey. Im hooked on this eye cream... no need to search for that perfect eye cream anymore - this is it!

Great Eye Cream
This eye cream does what it says. It hydrates, smooths and brightens dark circles. It is very moisturizing without being too heavy. Im always looking for good products for dark circles and this one delivers. I have been a loyal user of Shiseido Future Solution eye/lip cream for many years but I find the Neocutis cream provides better results with a lighter texture.

Will not go without!
My dermatologist gave me a sample of the Lumiere eye cream. I tried it, it felt great on and I used the samples over the next week or so. I liked the changes it had made around my eyes, so I bought the full size product (from LovelySkin.com, they had a 20% off sale) and noticed in a short amount of time that my eyes looked younger to me, not as tired, and the lines around my eye didnt seem so obvious. When I finished my first bottle, I snapped off the silver top and there was at least two weeks worth of product still in the bottle! I used the stick part of a q-tip to get the cream out and just replaced the top after use so it wouldnt get dried out. I did that as well with the Bio-Cream. I am now on my second bottle of Luminere and can honestly say that this is the ONE skin care product that I will not go without.

Superb care for aging eyes
I am 62 years old and need special care for the under eye and sides of the eye. Neo Cutis Lumiere Eye Creme adds a glow to my under eye area
This product has caffeine in it so it also puffs your under eye area. Its light weight, absorbs easily, smoothes and highdrates the skin, and leaves a light glow effect. I use it at least every morning . It is pricey but I keep going back to this product.
