This is the best eye cream
I have puffiness under my eyes and a bit of wrinkling (Im 44- so some is to be expected!). This product works better than anything I have ever tried. Im so happy I "found" it and so grateful to the reviewers for sharing their opinions-- I had to do the same! I will not be without this product now!

I have been using the neocutis lumiere eye cream for about six weeks now and Im happy with the product so far. It is the only eye cream I have ever been able to wear under make up. I am 29 and began to notice some lines under my eyes, especially in the mornings when I wake up and I have seen improvements over the past six weeks. I also dab it around my lips!

Ive been using this product for two years now and I love it. Certainly helps with fine lines/crows feet. Just started using the balm at night and that works great together. Not sure if it helps any for dark circles, but my main concern is fine lines and these products ate the best I have found with regards to eye creams.
