I patiently waited to write a review until I had used this cream for a while. Well, I just ordered my second bottle! My skin is sensitive and I am allergic to fragrance so those criteria rule out a fair amount of skincare options. So many different products I have tried cause constant tearing for an entire day and evening but this did not aggravate my skin or my eyes. I read about this and took a chance to try it. Yes, it’s expensive. But, you use so little that a bottle lasts for months. It is a light consistently which makes it so easy to apply. I have one area under an eye that has constant puffiness. This cream diminishes that puffiness within 20-30 minutes. It doesn’t eliminate it but it makes a noticeable difference. After prolonged use, my fine lines are far less noticeable. I’m so happy I found something that is gentle and actually works!

Although I wish this product was just a bit thicker (especially during the winter when the air is much drier), it does go on smoothly and I have noticed a reduction in fine lines around my eyes. I feel I need to use it 3 times a day to get that result. I do like the fact that it does soak in well and does not smear eye makeup. This is my favorite eye cream - I never get those dry spots around my eyes in the winter time when I use this product faithfully. I like that they took the word "balm" out of the title (it is the same product even with the new packaging) because it is definitely more of a cream than what I consider a "balm". They still have balm in the definition but if you are thinking that means it is super thick like vaseline, it is not. It is a wonderful cream with the perfect thickness!
