Neocutis Perle
For several years I had used Murad for treating brown skin spots, but my dermatologist switched me to Neocutis Perle as it doesn't thin the skin as much as the Murad, and works well. I have 84 year old skin and need all the help I can get. Love Neocutis products but always open to "new and improved" in other brands.

I just finished my first bottle. My dark spots are becoming slightly lighter and the texture of my skin is improving slightly. I use many of their products, so I think that my skin is in such great condition because I use so many of their products! I will buy again. I took 1 star off because I still have the dark spots, but as I said they are becoming lighter.
