Clears Up Breakout Areas
In the past few months I have had some breakouts, possibly from another product I had tried. I saw my dermatologist who urged me to use one or two products with mandelic acid in them. I have been using Neostrata products for over 20 years on my very sensitive skin that used to be prone to breakouts. Mandelic Acid Hydragel definitely has the recommended ingredient plus a few others. It has cleared up the breakouts, and the small red marks that often remain are also disappearing. I initially used Hydragel twice a day, but now only once a day, and use Tri-Therapy Lifting Serum (Neostrata) in the daytime. I don't expect to look 20 years old, but my skin does look good for my old age. It helps that I use a mild liquid cleanser that does some gentle exfoliation first. I would love it, or anything else more if it removed the tiny white milia that seem to only go away when the doctor removes them, and even then some come back.

Wonderful hydrator!
Loving this Mandelic Clarifying Hydragel! My daughter and I have been using it for about 3 weeks now. It has no fragrance, it’s gentle and I appreciate that it exfoliates while also hydrating my skin. After applying, I wait about 15 minutes and then moisturize. It leaves the skin soft and really clears out the pores. I use it on my face, neck and chest with no irritation.
