I’ve been using this eye cream for about a year. I wanted something more sensitive but effective for the skin around my eyes. I have Crohn’s disease and my skin is ultra sensitive and breaks out with just about any product that I’ve ever put on my skin with the exception of a few Neostrata products and this is one of them. My skin looks and feels so much more hydrated and healthy. Prior to using this daily, the skin around my eyes would dry and flake. I’m so grateful I took a chance on Neostrata products.

Thinner consistency, but better results
I am getting to the end of a tube of Hydra Filling PHA Eye Cream, and have this second one waiting to be opened next. When I first started using this I was concerned at it's watery texture. The previous Neostrata eye cream I had been using was a more creamy consistency. It took some time for me to start noticing that a dryer area with some creping below my eyes was feeling smoother and makeup is going on smoother. So I would have to say I'm now convinced it's working, and I'm glad I planned ahead with a second tube.
