I thought it would take awhile to feel the effects of this wash, but the first night I used it (with my Clarisonic...not sure if that's advisable, but I wanted a power punch), my face was as smooth as glass - no exaggeration here. I've been struggling with finding the right product to help eliminate the inevitable flaking that occurs when you increase the strength of your Retin A and this left me with not a flake in sight. My skin felt very tight, but a good moisturizer (PCA Silkcoat Balm) took care of that. The next morning, I was so pleased to see that the flakes were still gone and my skin looked great.
