This serum is thick and goes a long way (which is good because it is rather expensive). It makes my skin look hydrated and smooth and perhaps more glowing, but I do not discern any “lift”. The instructions suggest using 4-5 drops, but if I use more than 2-3, my skin feels very greasy. When I run out I plan to try something else.

I did a lot of research before picking this one up. Neostrata is one of my favorite skincare lines, because the ingredients back up the claims. (most of the time) N-Acetyl Tyrosinamide is one of the star ingredients here & there's much research out there that can get pretty detailed on how it works. It is purported that it can penetrate through the skin's matrix and provides a volumizing effect. (Research the information, it's out there - dermatology, etc) - it contacts Gluconolactone too (PHA that exfoliates in a more gentle way) - there's much more that I consider very good too, but I would be typing far more. when researching topical volumizing ingredients, that's how I even found this particular product. After using it for a month now, the claims bear true as I can see a difference...it's not extreme, but it works w/out being harmful in the long run. It also took a few weeks of diligent use to even notice. So far, I like this one & agree that it does work. (give it a few weeks)
