Since the manufacturer has changed the formulation I have found it ineffective for me. LovelySkin customer relations manager, Lisa, was incredibly nice and professional in helping me return the product. LovelySkin is fabulous and I will continue to order my skin care products from them. I'm so glad they carry Teamine as this eye cream, which I have purchased from my doctor in the past, is much more effective. I will purchase Teamine from LovelySkin in the future.
