Great for cystic acne!
I have had cystic acne most of my adult life. I'm 31 and have used so many products from high end to low end and this stands out! I was nervous to use it at first as my skin can react to the most random actives but I use this morning and evening in conjunction with a mild retinoid (only in the evening) with absolutely no problems. It cleans my skin but it doesn't strip it. I rarely break out any more so this has become my staple. I hardly ever go out so I don't know how my skin would react in the sun but I would recommend to use a high spf physical sunscreen to be on the safe side.

Good for pore and white head
For my personal skin type (sensitive), I only do little by little and I still benefit: it helps cleaning up the extra oil from my pores. I do it only if I feel my skin gets oily and the whiteheads show up more (usually 2, 3 times a week) and the rest I just use rose water toner and my homemade vitamin C water for regular cleaning.
