I am about to order my 3rd bottle of this. I love it! It reduces the size of my pores and makes my face very smooth. It isn't a wrinkle reducer, but I feel it makes my skin look and feel better.

For young and “young at heart”
My teenage daughter was experiencing acne and had tried many lines of skincare and had been to several dermatologists. Nothing had worked completely, lasted and improved the condition of her skin like the Clenziderm system, with the MD Pore Therapy! Now in college, she has gorgeous skin and still uses the system. When I began having milia around my mouth, I tried it. Worked like magic! It also made the pores on my nose smaller. It is too drying for my sensitive neck and décolleté. It is strong. There is definitely a drying period right off the bat. You get through it. Perfect for acne! Not for sensitive skin. Smells nice, like apricots.

I cannot live without this product! I discovered this product about 3 years ago at the age of 34. Previous to using this and the Obagi Clenziderm Foaming cleanser, I was unable to use ANY type of lotion or cream on my face without breaking out or the product clogging my pores. And yes, I tried just about every lotion on the market that claimed it was non-comedogenic, they all clogged my pores even if used very sparingly. Even Proactive didn't help me. At 37 now I can't afford to not use any type of moisturizer. This product saved my skin and I'll be lost if they ever stop making it.
