I have been using this product for a long time. It is the ONLY thing I have ever used that completely removes makeup from my pores without irritating my skin. After I wash my face, I saturate a cotton ball with CLENZIderm MD Pore Therapy and wipe it over my entire face. It's amazing how much residual makeup comes off on the cotton ball.
