I use it in the shower daily and it does not strip my skin but provides a mild dermabrasion and cleans off makeup to open the pores! Recently had my first hydra facial, and after cleansing with the Obagi kinetin, my face felt just like it did after the facial. Will be ordering again. As always with Obagi, a little goes a long way! Keep in mind that the beads in the formula will dissolve as you use gentle, circular motion while cleansing.

I got a sample of this with a purchase and enjoyed the cleanser so wanted to add this to my summer rotation. It is a deep cleanser and my skin feels soft and clean but not dry after using. I have used other medical grade equivalent s and this one works as well. It is a little hard to rinse off and does leave a few granules in your hairline(maybe my rinsing skill). Would purchase again.
