It's a NO for me!
I am a huge fan of Obagi products; however, this eye cream is a major disappointment. The product has "hydrating" in the name, yet it is not hydrating at all. I used two applications (AM and PM) - with itchy, red eyes. I will continue using my other Obagi faves and return this one.
