I am most willing to pay top dollar for products that deliver. I should have known that a "bargain" is not always a bargain. I did not use this product daily as I rotate among eye creams. It probably only lasted about two weeks before the well ran dry. Granted, it is a small container. Many companies deliberately package products so the consumer cannot get inside under the applicator. I will allow Obagi the benefit of the doubt with respect to settling, but please FILL UP THE BOTTLE. Most importantly, I noticed no brightening under the eye as claimed. It is not super moisturizing either. Give this one a pass. Dr. Obagi no longer owns the company anyway and has his own line.
