The applicator is a little hard and if you get it near your eye it can burn a bit, not terrible. I will post a follow-up review with more of an outcome once I have used it for a few months consistently.

This really works!
I bought this and actually saw my lashes look fuller within a few weeks. I bought one for my daughter (age 14) and her results were even better. I followed the instructions exactly. My daughter actually applied to the top of her eye where the lashes meet the lid (as the instructions said), but also applied it to the underside where the lid met the lashes and then continued moving the brush upward as if she were applying mascara. The results are really amazing. It does sting your eyes a bit if you get some in your eye, but that goes away within a few minutes. Great purchase and worth the money!

I have been using the nu-cil eyelash serum with zero irritation to my eyes or lids. I will say I have experienced darkening of the under eyes BUT my lashes have gotten significantly thicker and longer! Very Disappointed
I have purchased eyelash serums before and had good results. I’m disappointed with this Obagi Nu-Cil serum. It has done NOTHING to lengthen my eyelashes. I can’t understand with a brand like Obagi whose products I usually like could make a product that really doesn’t work at all.

Caused Redness Around Eyes
Sadly this product caused redness around upper and lower lashes each time I used it. I've used at least 3 other lash serums and never had this problem. I tried this several different times weeks apart and each time redness was there the next day. Sad this didn't work since it's a bit cheaper than my other favorite lash serum.
