Gentle but thorough toner.
I never have been consistent with toner befor Obagi Nu-Derm toner #2. It is gentle yet very effect. I use it as step 2 in the Nu-Derm program to refresh and tone my skin. Step to wash with the specified cleanser. THis toner removes residual "dirt" and also extra mascara around my eyes. Never stings if there is an open area of skin. Highly recommend.

It’s gentle on my skin. I assume it’s doing what it’s supposed to be doing which is returning the pH of my skin back to normal more quickly than if I didn’t use it. I don’t really have any way of checking that. All I know is that I keep buying it.
