Balanced
Once I wash my face with the foaming cleanser or the gentle cleanser I love the feel of balanced skin after I apply the toner. I do not use a cotton ball since as a few people have stated that they do not see any further residue on the cotton ball; I use the toner like a man would use after shave. Simple, clean, freshly balanced!
