Using twice a day
Have not used a toner since I was a teen, and that was a long time ago, but with my last facial she suggested I should always use one. I have been using the Obagi Toner for years as part of the Obagi Nu Derm program. Cleansing doesn't feel complete until I use this toner. It actually makes my face feel squeaky clean and soft. Takes away any tightness you get from cleansing your face with cleanser and water.
