Indeed the gel is lightweight but least among my Obagi line of skin care. I have used the Hydrate for three decades this one will take a bit of time to work into my routine. It does have a place in the hot ATL summers which are slowly approaching.

So far so good. My esthetician recommended this for me as a summer moisturizer. It goes in smooth and fells clean on my skin. I like Obagi products and have used many of their products over the last 10 years. Nice quality for the price

Obagi light weighted gel cream
This is a great product. It goes on very light and soaks into the skin quickly. I was using too much at first so you don’t need a lot. Very nice moisturizer.
