Luxurious serum!
This serum is a treat to use. It is silky and goes on easily. I only deducted a star for the price. While I can’t yet attest to its effectiveness in fading dark marks, I’m hopeful it will fade acne hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. It seems to help keep skin clearer and brighter. I use once in the AM after toning and before moisturizer and sunscreen.

Gave this 4 starts instead of 5 only because of the price, which is expensive. I think this serum is more "pure" than many others and I actually appreciate the limited number of ingredients in this one, as opposed to many other vitamin C serums, which have so many other additives other than vitamin C.

I think this vitamin C serum gives a great glow and really helps brighten my skin. I haven't been that great about using it every day; however, I do think I can see benefits from using 2 or 3 times a week. This product is a little tacky; however, that may just be the way vitamin C serums are. I'm 46 years old and love how it makes my skin look bright and fresh when I use it.

I really like this product. I used SkinCeuticals brand for years, but their cost has continued to rise. Obagi is a brand I trust and use other products from. It is a little thicker than SkinCeuticals brand, but I just wait a couple minutes longer to apply my moisturizer then foundation. A good price for a great product! I’m 42 years old with fair skin, light eyes, and dark hair.

This serum is ok. I prefer SkinCeuticals, but Obagi is a bit more affordable. Still a good buy, serum is moisturizing too (which SkinCeuticals serum isn’t, but I like the results it gives). Anyway, this Obagi is good as well, worth it, but if you can afford it, get SkinCeuticals instead.

Been using Obagi over 8 year now
I generally use the 15% serum on my sensitive skin and every once and awhile try the 20% serum. This one stings my skin, but I do not want to rate this low because not everyone has sensitive skin. Packaging: Travels to and from the gym well and in my carry on during business flights. This particular bottle came clear as it should without oxidation.

Good if it is not turned dark orange
I like using this formula of vitamin C since it rapidly absorbs into the skin without sticky feeling. I took one star out because the product I have received this time, though it was sealed and brand new, was dark orange color unlike the one I received previously which was almost clear with a faint amber color. An old batch may be? I feel that I saw better results with the previous one and this one is somehow less effective. Anyway, I still like this product and highly recommended it, and hopefully next time I will get a fresh unoxidized vial.
