I only use this about once every 2-3 weeks, when I feel like I have product built up. I use acidic milk rinse after to make sure my hair doesn’t feel stripped. So far I’m happy with this shampoo, no irritation, no hair loss( no more then I normally have)

I really like the Olaplex "system". However, it is a group system. If you start using the products you need this once a week because it does seem like you can get a build up. Overall though I have really liked the products they help with frizziness and improve hair strength. I have noticed an improvement in my hair. This is a necessary product though for me when using the other products together.

The OLAPLEX No. 4C Bond Maintenance Clarifying Shampoo is good, but not awesome. I love this line, but I am not overly impressed with the clarifying shampoo. It may be because I do use the line, and my hair is so healthy and strong because I have been using other OLAPLEX products. I am not sure if I will purchase the clarifying shampoo again, but I will continue to use the other OLAPLEX products I love.
