Not very hydrating

This curly hair conditioner is supposed to be more curl-hydrating, but it is not for my hair. Very disappointed. I'm only using it when I don't care how my hair looks. I have to use other products to make my hair look and feel hydrated, like serum, leave-in conditioner, mousse, and gel. Just reordered my standbys, No. 4 and No. 5.
