New neck
This is a great dermal roller, with long needles for maximum collagen production in an at home device. My neck is far less crepey, and the skin under my chin is MUCH tighter. The needles hold up pretty well, but I do wish they lasted longer before having to buy a replacement.

I've used this instrument once a week for approximately four times. I actually can see a difference the next day after using my nighttime moisturizer. My skin feels smoother and looks better after applying my daytime makeup.
